Make sure to hand in the waiver form on the day of your game to avoid disappointment.

Player Registration

After successful registration you will be sent a confirmation email. If the player is 15, 16 or 17 (under 18) years of age you need to print out, fill out, sign and present on the day of your game. Players without a signed waiver form will not be able to participate in the game. All fields are required.
