Who can play paintball?
You must be 15 years or older to be able to play paintball in Queensland. This is a Queensland Firearms legislation and as such is the law in Queensland.
Does paintball hurt?
The truth is paintball can hurt. But it depends on many factors. Where you get hit, how close you have been shot with the paintball and what clothing you are wearing. That’s why here in Bundaberg at Jack Splat Paintball we have designed our paintball and skirmish games around your safety and comfort to ensure your experience is 100% enjoyable. Our fully trained staff will ensure that your protective equipment is correctly fitted and that our surrender rule is enforced (this means that you should not be shot at close range when playing paintball or skirmish). For ladies, we have specially designed vests that can be worn under your protective clothing.
How many people can play?
We can cater for up to 50 people to play paintball at once. If you are organizing a group, and are unable to join in with an existing booking we already have, you will need a minimum of 8 people to play. That way you are guaranteed plenty of action on the day. If you are unable to get 8 of your friends to play, let us know and we can fit you in with another paintball group.
What should I wear?
As we supply you with protective paintball overalls, we suggest that you wear something comfortable, lightweight and cool. A shirt and shorts would be advisable. You may find wearing long pants under your overalls too hot for you. The only requirement is suitable footwear. Because the terrain is anything but flat, a good sand shoe or jogger must be worn.

When can I play?
We have 4 regular times available on the weekends. Saturday and Sunday at 9am until 12.pm and also 1.30pm until 4.30pm. Bookings for paintball are also available on week days. Simply contact us to arrange.
Where are you located?
161 Hills Road, South Bingera. From Bundaberg, head south on the Isis Highway toward Childers. Hills Road is approximately 15kms past the airport. It is the last right turn before the Cedars Road turnoff. Head all the way down Hills Road, and we are the last driveway on the left, just look for the Jack Splat sign. Follow the dirt driveway and signs into the Jack Splat Car Park. Do take care and drive slowly once you are on the dirt road.
NOTE:GPS mapping is incorrect. Follow the Isis Highway until you reach Hills Road, do not turn before Hills Road.
If you are traveling from north of Bundaberg, please do not follow your GPS directions as Hills Road is NOT yet connected through and you will reach a dead end. Once on the Bundaberg Gin Gin Road, take the Cedars Road turn off at South Kolan and follow it across the river out to the Isis Highway and turn left. Hills Road is then the first left turn you come to.
